How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
▹ Email hello@tryroop.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
▹ Once approved, you will receive return authorization, packing instructions, and a downloadable return label.
Step 3: Prepare & Ship
▹ Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and documentation included.
▹ Attach the return label and drop the parcel at your nearest Royal Mail or approved courier location.
⚠️ Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
Return Policy Conditions
▹ Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
▹ Products must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
▹ Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
▹ Customised, made-to-order, or personalised products
▹ Opened hygiene-related products (including underwear, beauty items, or masks)
▹ Clearance or “final sale” products, unless faulty
▹ Hazardous goods or perishables
Exchanges
▹ Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within the 30-day return period.
▹ Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped free of charge.
▹ Exchanges may be requested for a different size, colour, or an alternative product of equal value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

▹ Include photos of the issue and your order number
▹ We will arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference
Cancellations
▹ Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
▹ Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return the item under our standard return policy.
